Shipping fee

Shipping fee is calculated according to the weight of your items, and charges will be added during the checkout process.

  1. Local delivery within Malaysia

West Malaysia – RM8.00 for the first 3kg and RM2.00 for every additional kg or any part thereof

East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) - RM15.00 for the first kg and RM8.00 for every additional kg or any part thereof

  1. International delivery

We ship to Singapore and other countries too. Kindly contact us for international deliveries.


Delivery duration

  • Ready stocks order will be shipped in 1-3 working days upon payment verification. 
  • Pre-Order items will take 15 - 21 or more working days to arrive (not including weekends, South Korea and Malaysia public holidays). Pre-ordered items will be shipped as soon as the products arrive in our warehouse.
  • Please note that these are estimated delivery times and we are unable to guarantee delivery dates. Delays could be subjected to custom clearance, happen nearing public holidays and festive periods that take part in destination country and/or Malaysia.
  • For order consist of pre-order items & ready stocks, kindly note that order will be shipped out only when all pre-order item(s) has arrived. Customer could request to ship out ready stocks items for order consist of pre-order items and ready stocks with extra postage fee. Please contact us for further arrangement.  


Customer's Responsibility

  • Customer is required to ensure the shipping details (recipient name, postage address, phone number & email address) given in the website are accurate. We would not take any responsibility if customer do not receive the purchased item due to the inaccurate shipping information.
  • Please note that delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been confirmed.
  • We would NOT REFUND or EXCHANGE if the parcel returned to us due unavailability of the customer by the time parcel delivered. You have to bear the shipping cost for second time shipping.
  • Some countries may have import taxes and they are the customer's responsibility to pay for these taxes (if any). Please note that we will NOT hold the responsibility for the custom duties & taxes.


Track your Parcel

  • Delivery tracking number will be provided to you once your order has been processed and packed. You may check your parcel's status using the tracking number that we provided to you.
  • Once the tracking number is emailed to you, your parcel is under the responsibility of our third-party courier service provided, any delay or lost parcel happened is beyond our control.
